Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that schedules change and unexpected circumstances can arise. To provide fair access to all students while maintaining limited class sizes, the following policy applies to all course registrations.
Cancellations
Students who cancel at least two (2) business days prior to the scheduled course may request a refund less a 10% processing fee. This fee helps offset non-refundable payment processing and administrative costs.
Cancellations made less than two (2) business days before the scheduled course are not eligible for a refund but may qualify for a reschedule as outlined below.
Rescheduling
Each student is eligible for one discounted reschedule opportunity. The rescheduled course may be booked at 50% of the current course tuition. This allows students who experience scheduling conflicts, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances to complete their training without paying the full course fee again.
Missed Classes
Students who do not attend their scheduled course without prior notice are considered a no-show and are not eligible for a refund. However, a one-time discounted reschedule may be available.
Class rescheduling is done online using the following steps:
Choose a new date for your Preventive Health & Safety course.
Complete the registration with careful attention as this information will be used to issue your certificate. Please spell your complete name correctly and provide an accurate and complete mailing address to ensure you receive the certificate on time.
During checkout enter the coupon code RESCHEDULE and click “APPLY”
Complete your online payment. See below for an example.
NOTE: Your new booking is not guaranteed until it is paid AND approved by the administration.
Priority seating is given to students paying the full course fee.
We reserve the right to decline your new date due to limited seating.
If you miss or reschedule your rescheduled class for any reason, the full course fee will be due to reschedule your class again.
