HOW GET A REPLACEMENT CERTIFICATE

We strongly recommend you make a copy of your certificate as soon as possible. If your certificate is lost or stolen, the replacement fee for a new certificate to be mailed is $20. If you would like to order a replacement certificate, please scan the QR code or click the BUY NOW button below.

Replacement certificates are mailed via USPS to the address you provide when you make your payment and a digital copy will be sent via email. Certificates will arrive in the mail within 7-10 business days. If the address on your booking is a business, please let us know the business name. If you live in an apartment, please make sure we have the apartment number. No other certificates will be mailed.
